Listed below are the artifacts from the television series "EMERGENCY!" that were donated by Universal City Studios, Hollywood to the Project 51 Committee. These items will be accepted into the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History, in May, 2000.

Helmets Artifact 1: Fire Helmets

Description: Original black firefighting helmets worn by the cast of "EMERGENCY!". Throughout the years, the helmets have been used on various other television productions and the helmet fronts have been changed. Replicas of the original helmet fronts featuring "L.A. County 51" will be added for the acceptance into the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History.


Artifact 2: Defibrillator

Description: The original defibrillator with data-scope carried on Squad 51.

Biophone Artifact 3: Bio-Phone

Description: The original Bio-Phone used by Gage and DeSoto.


Gage JacketArtifact 4: Turnout Jacket

Description: The original turnout jacket worn by Randolph Mantooth featuring the name "Gage" on the backside.


ResuscitatorArtifact 5: Resuscitator

Description: The original resuscitator carried on Squad 51.

Paramedic ShirtArtifact 7: Paramedic Shirt

Description: Original light blue paramedic shirt featuring paramedic patch on left shoulder worn by Randolph Mantooth.


Stoker JacketArtifact 8: Turnout Jacket

Description: The original turnout jacket worn by Mike Stoker featuring the name "Stoker" on the backside.


Medical EquipmentArtifact 9: Medical Equipment

Description: Original medical equipment carried on Squad 51 featuring two trauma boxes and one splint box. The medical equipment contained in the boxes is original and completely intact.
