Petersen Auto Museum—February 18, 2002

Early in 2002, CLAFMA’s directors agreed to loan the famous Squad 51 vehicle to the Petersen Auto Museum, to be included in the ‘Cars of Hollywood’ exhibit. Vice President Joe Woyjeck proposed and organized an induction ceremony that would include a reunion of the first 40 paramedics trained in Los Angeles County. The event occurred on the evening of February 18th and hundreds of CLAFMA members attended, as well as several people who were involved in creation and production of the ‘Emergency!” TV series. A detailed description of the event appears in the Spring 2002 edition of CLAFMA’s ‘Fire Warden’ publication.
