What Your Membership Means
We recognize and truly appreciate the support and interest we receive from the public and firefighters from other departments. It is humbling to have the kind of support we enjoy.
For those of you who wish to become official members and to support our mission and goals we thank you.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP: $60 per year This is a small price to support our worthy mission of preserving the history of your Los Angeles County Firefighters. Many of your firefighters contribute $20 per month and more to the Museum, as they recognize the importance of our historical preservation and sharing the stories of our firefighting personnel. Basic membership entitles you to free entry into the Museum, our digital newsletters, a personalized membership card, and 5% off of Museum merchandise.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP: $100 per year Your family will enjoy free entry to the Musuem, our digital newsletters, individual membership cards, and 5% off of Museum merchandise. Children 17 and under.
SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIP: $240 per year LACoFD Firefighters are encouraged to contribute this amount to the museum. This level of support entitles you to free museum entry, our digital newsletters, our quarterly printed newsletter, membership card, invitations to Museum special events, and 10% off of Museum merchandise.
SPONSOR: $1000 per year You, or your company, will enjoy all the benefits of a Supporting member in addition to being recognized in our newsletter, our Sponsor wall at the Museum, and on our Website for one year.
Your membership dues and contributions are used to maintain the collection, grow our building fund, restore and purchase apparatus.
Renewals are billed in January and June. Join any time, and your renewal date will be the January or July one year after we receive your membership.
Your Los Angeles County Firefighters donate funds each month to the musuem through paycheck deductions. These memberships are the core for the museum support system. Firefighter members are full members of the museum.
